Carrot – 1nr
Brinjal – 1nr
Drumstick – 1nr
Potato – 1nr
Rawbanana – ½
Salt to taste
Coconut oil – 2tbsp
Curd – 2tbsp
Greenchillies,slitted – 2nr
Curry leaves – a few
For making coarse masala
Coconut, grated – 1 nr
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Cumin seeds – a pinch
Small onions, chopped – 2nr
Curry leaf – 3nrs

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the good medium size vegetables into finger (baton) shape and boil the vegetables with salt in little amount of water. The water should not be drained so it should be added in that much quantity only. Prepare coarse coconut mixture out of the given coarse masala making ingredients.

2. Once the vegetables are boiled well,add the coarse coconut mixture. mix and cook it in slow fire. Check the salt then add beaten curd. Stir gently to mix the curd well. Finally put coconut oil and curryleaves on top.

3. Take out from fire and serve with rice.
