Mutton Cutlet



Minced Mutton – 100g

Onion, chopped – 1 nr

Green chillies, chopped – 1 nr

Ginger Paste – 1 tsp

Garlic Paste – ½ tsp

Boiled Potato, mashed – 150g

Chilli Powder – 1 tsp

Turmeric Powder – a pinch

Jeera Powder – ¼ tsp

Egg – 1 nr

Bread Crumbs – 100g

Salt to taste

Method of Preparation:

  1. Put minced mutton in a heavy bottomed vessel, sauté till it cooks well.
  2. Mix together Onion, green chilli, potato, chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Jeera powder, salt, cooked mutton (minced), ginger and garlic paste. .
  3. Neatly give the shape of cutlet to meat mixture. Beat the egg well with little salt and dip each cutlet shapes into it.
  4. Apply the bread crumbs and deep fry it in hot oil.
  5. Serve it with Kuchumber salad.
